In the cyberspace，digital media play an increasingly important role in promoting the interaction and intermingling of various ethnic groups and forging a strong sense of Chinese nation.By analyzing the impact of digital media on the all-dimensional intermingling and integration of various ethnic groups in cyberspace， we detect the adverse effects of digital media on the forging of a sense of community among Chinese ethnic groups by studying online citizens，media platforms and digital governments and the following legal regulations， and finally propose some legal suggestions：we should improve publicity of the rule of law and education system for online citizens to forge a sense of community among Chinese ethnic groups，build a legal system for the promotion of a sense of community among Chinese ethnic groups，and strengthen the digital governance for the promotion of a sense of community among Chinese ethnic groups，so that digital media can play a positive role in forging a strong sense of the Chinese nation in cyberspace.
