Based on the“output hypothesis”, the“output-driven hypothesis”attaches further importance to the function of output. It provides the enlightenments for College English in Physical Education Major & Arts Major. This paper puts forward the construction of teaching model of College English in Physical Education Major & Arts Major, so as to arouse students’learning potential and promote their integrated abilities of English.
