Abstract:The relationship of English learners and their individual variation, especially introversion and extraversion, has been the focus of attention of English learners, teachers and researchers. The present study is based on a questionnaire. The results show that personality difference does not influence the English expertise skills except speaking and listening comprehension. But other skills and disposition have linear collaboration to some degrees. Extroverted students in general tend to learn better than introverted students. What's more, in speaking, extroverted ones have larger advantage, but in listening comprehension, introverted has the advantage.
