With the development of higher education from elite-oriented education to mass-oriented one, colleges and universities have attached much stress on students' employment problems. Due to historical reason, working on college students' employment has been lagged behind. Thus, we lack a consensus of opinion concerning its contents and demands. Based on the reality at colleges, this paper conducts a tentative discussion on this problem only for reference.
