| 民族互嵌式社区不仅是促进各民族交往交流交融和深化民族关系的重要场域，还是铸牢中华民族共同体意识的微观社会单元。民族互嵌式社区治理效果的好坏与各民族居民的幸福感、归属感和认同感紧密相关。治理效果的好坏在一定程度上取决于治理模式是否科学有效。通过分析探究永福社区“嵌入式”治理的实践情况，发现“嵌入式”治理所面临的现实困境致使民族互嵌式社区难以变革发展。因此，为解决治理困境问题，基于民族互嵌式社区的治理要素和治理逻辑，建构了价值共同体—主体共同体—规范共同体—利益共同体四个子共同体，继而建构形成了“嵌入式”—“融入式”社区治理模式。在“嵌入式”—“融入式”治理模式的基础上，寻求民族互嵌式社区治理由“嵌入式”向“融入式”模式转变的实践路径，最终实现真正意义上的“民族互嵌”，以期为具有相似治理情境的民族互嵌式社区提供理论基础和实践经验。 |

| Ethnically embedded communities are not only an important field for promoting interactions and exchanges among ethnic groups and deepening ethnic relations, but also a micro-social unit for forging a sense of community among the Chinese nation. The effectiveness of governance in multi-ethnic communities is closely related to the well-being, sense of belonging and identity of the residents of each ethnic group. The effectiveness of governance depends to a certain extent on whether the governance model is scientific and efficient. By analyzing and exploring the practice of "embedded" governance in Yongfu community, this paper finds that the practical difficulties faced by "embedded" governance make it difficult for ethnic embedded communities to change and develop. Therefore, in order to solve the problem in governance, based on the governing elements and logic of ethnic embedded communities, this paper constructs a four-fold sub-community pattern of value community, subject community, normative community, and interest community, and then builds an "embedded"-to-"integrated" community governance model, based on which the practical path of ethnic embedded community governance with "embedded"-to-"integrated" mode is promoted, and finally the real sense of "ethnic embedding" is realized, which will provide a theoretical basis and practical experience for ethnic embedded communities with similar governing situations. |
