Abstract:Theprofessionalidentityofruralyoungteachersaffectstheconstructionofeducationteamandtheimprovementofeducationqualityinethnicareas.Throughasurveyof177ruralyoungteachersinGanziTibetanAutonomousPrefec ̄ture,itisfoundthattheprofessionalidentityofruralyoungteachersinthisregionisgenerallyatahighlevel,butthede ̄velopmentofprofessionalidentityishinderedbysomefactors,whichincludesthefactssuchastheteachersaren′tas ̄signedwithteachingjobsaccordingtotheirmajors,theschools′overallplansaren′tadjustingaccordingtotheirneeds,theprofessionaltitlesarehardtoachieve,theyarenotreceivingduesocialrespectandshortofmotivationtodeveloptheircareer.Inthefuture,itisnecessarytooptimizetheworkingenvironmentofruralyoungteachersinethnicareas,improvethepolicyguaranteesystem,promotedistributionofteacherresources;improvethesocialrespecttowardsruralyoungteachersinethnicareas,promotetheircareerdevelopment,andstrengthentheirawarenessofthelearningoflocalculture.
