    摘要:

    民族地区乡村教师教学能力的提升无论是对教师个体还是对民族教育教学质量的提高都有非常重要的作用ꎮ 通过 对四川 3 个少数民族地区乡村教师的教学能力进行深入调研ꎬ结果发现ꎬ四川民族地区乡村教师教学能力存在教师对民族本 土文化知识的缺失现象严重、教师教学反思能力较弱且方式单一、培训适需性不强等问题ꎮ 基于对研究结果的分析ꎬ提出以 下提高民族地区乡村教师教学能力的对策与建议:加强民族地区乡村教师本土文化素养训练ꎬ实现培养培训一体化、提高民 族地区乡村教师培训的针对性ꎬ划分维度有序培训受训教师与激发民族地区乡村教师教学能力提升内驱力ꎬ促进教师教学反 思多元化等ꎬ从而有效提升教师的教学能力ꎬ促进民族地区教育事业的可持续发展ꎮ

    Abstract:

    Improvement of rural teachers′ teaching ability in ethnic areas is key to the improvement of the education quality of both individual teachers and ethnic education. Based on an in-depth research on the teaching ability of rural teachers in three minority areas in Sichuanꎬ the results show that there are some problems with the rural teachers in Sichuan minority areasꎬ such as the serious lack of local ethnic cultural knowledgeꎬ the weak and single ability for teaching self-examina ̄ tionꎬ and the lack of training adaptability. Based on analysis of the research resultsꎬ we offer the following solutions and suggestions to improve the teaching ability of rural teachers in ethnic minority areas: to improve the local cultural literacy of rural teachersꎻ to integrate education and training and improve the pertinence of rural teachers′ trainingꎻ to orderly di ̄ vide the dimensions of training and stimulate rural teachers′ inner motives for teaching ability improvementꎻ to promote the pluralism of teachers′ teaching self-examinationꎬ so as to effectively enhance teachers′ teaching ability and promote the sustainable development of education in ethnic minority areas.
