    摘要:

    教学质量是高校办学发展的基本立足点,而“金课”建设是高校提高教育教学服务水平的重要保证,对促进学生成长成才、助力高校培养优质师资具有积极意义。然而,师范类高职院校在当前教育环境下推进“金课”建设工作,依然面临教师课程建设认知不足、课程内容价值失衡、课程结构背离培养目标、课程建设监督评价不足等现实问题。对此,高校与教师需进一步提高“金课”建设意识、更新课程教学内容、突出人才培养导向、建立配套机制,使“金课”建设工作真正落到实处,从而为提高教学质量和人才培养水平夯实基础。

    Abstract:

    Teaching quality is the basic foothold for the development of colleges and universities, and the construction of " Golden Courses" is an important guarantee for colleges and universities to improve their education and teaching services. It is of positive significance for promoting the growth of students and helping colleges to train high-quality teachers. However, to promote the construction of "golden curriculum" in the current educational environment, normal vocational colleges are still facing problems such as teachers′ insufficient knowledge of curriculum construction, deviated curriculum value, curriculum structure out of line with teaching goals, and insufficient supervision and evaluation of curriculum construction.In respond, colleges and teachers need to further enhance their awareness of "Golden Course" construction, update teaching content, highlight the orientation of talent training, and establish supporting mechanisms to substantiate the construction of "Golden Course", so as to consolidate the foundation for better teaching quality and talent training.
