    摘要:

    在全国思想政治理论课教师座谈会上,习近平总书记提出了师资队伍建设的“六个要”和课程改革“八个相统一”的具体要求。落实到“形势与政策”课程建设上,亟须构建支撑课程教学的三大平台,切实提升教学的亲和力和实效性。本着专职教师专业化、兼职教师多样化、专家团队常规化的建设思路,构建互补型师资队伍平台,提升教师综合素养和教学能力。从弹性制和常规性相结合、多样性教学与一体化考评相结合的要求出发,构建双轨制教学运行平台,确保课程教学的灵活性和针对性。通过专业化资源共享平台和综合性教学资源库的建设,构建专业性、综合性教学资源平台,创设课程教学运行的保障条件。三大支撑平台的构建从根本上破解了制约教学的瓶颈性难题,以良好的教学主体、运行过程和外部条件确保教学取得实效。

    Abstract:

    At the national ideological and political theory teacher forum, Xi Jinping, General Secretary of Communist Party of China Central Committee, lays down specific requirements of "Six Needs" forbuilding of teaching corps and "Eight Unities" for curriculum reform. In terms of "Situation and Policy" course development, it is urgent to build three platforms to support course teaching and effectively improve itsattraction and effectiveness. Based on the ideas toimprove professional qualifications of full-time teachers, to diversify part-time teachers and to regularize expert teams, a complementary teacher platform needs to be built to improve teachers' qualities and abilities. With respect to requirements for integration of flexible andregularteaching systems and combining diversified teachings with integrated evaluations,a platform forthe dual teaching system needs to be built to ensure the flexibility and pertinence of the course teaching. Through the construction of a professional resource sharing platform and a comprehensive teaching resource database, we build a professional and comprehensive teaching resource platform and create conditions to guarantee the course teaching. Construction of the three supporting platforms can solve the major bottleneck problems with teaching, and well-qualified teachers, smooth teaching processes and good external conditions can guarantee better teaching results.
