    摘要:

    随着改革开放的不断深入,各种思潮和文化的碰撞对大学生的思想产生了重要影响,也为当前高校学生工作带来了新的 挑战。“太湖春晓”工程起源于新形势下的大学生思想政治教育工作,其核心内容由提升辅导员的岗位能力的“辅导员岗位孵化 计划”和全方位关心和帮助学生的“学生影子引领计划”组成,从全局视角对辅导员开展学生工作进行系统规划和统筹考虑,引 领学生完成自身职业规划,最终将其培养成满足经济社会发展需要的应用型本科人才。通过对“太湖春晓”工程的体系建设的 分析和研究,从辅导员和学生两个角度入手,探索新时期大学生思想政治教育工作的创新路径。

    Abstract:

    With the social development and the deepening of "Reform and Opening", multiple thoughts and multicultural collision not only have an important impact on college students, but also bring new challenges to current student affairs in university. 'Taihu Chunxiao' Project originates from the ideological and political education of college students in the new situation. Its core consists of the "Counselor hatching Program" that enhance the post competency of counselors, and of the "Student trace lead Plan" that focuses on and helps students in all directions. "Taihu Chunxiao" Project, which develops a systematic plan and overall consideration for the counselor to carry out affairs from the global perspective, is to lead students to complete their career planning, and ultimately to train them as application of undergraduate talent to meet demand of the economic and social development. Starting from counselors and students, this article is aiming at exploring the innovative approaches of ideological and political education in new era by analyzing and researching the implementation goals and system construction of "Taihu Chunxiao" Project.
