Abstract:Abstract: Teaching practice is a comprehensive practical education activity. It's a key process through which prospective teachers enter the area of professional teaching. However, because the traditional practice model has many drawbacks, the cultivation of the ability of students' teaching practice has been greatly effected. The paper tries to put forward a new teaching practice model: whole-process, multiple and reflective model, which takes developing "reflective practitioner" as the guidance and puts emphasis on the whole-process, continuity and development of teaching practice. It is hoped that the new model could solve the problems and truly attain the objective of teaching practice
