In this thesis, the authors analyzed the phenomenon of counselors burnout of newly-established undergraduate colleges in minority areas, and explained its harm and causes. To avoid the occurrence of job burnout, this paper put forward the following effective countermeasures: to increase counselors’payment, establish good vocational prospects, carry out scientific job evaluation methods, strengthen training to improve their own quality and so on.
