Based on the reality of the campus culture, this paper tries to explore and analyze the characteristics of campus culture in minority nationality area. It also explains the unique function and practical significance of the campus culture in establishing high moral values and training talents so as to enhance self-confidence and self-awareness of colleges and universities in cultural education and to find out more effective ways to the talent training in the ethnic region.
