Under the"big development,great prosperity"background of our cultural industry,Northern Anhui cartoon industry has its preliminary development,but it is facing many practical problemst:he number of animation company is smallt,he whole development level of animation company is lowt,he animation specialty talents are in shortage,the lack of capital is the bottleneck restriction of animation company and its market operation mechanism is not well organized,etc.The following effective strategies should be taken to promote the development of Northern Anhui cartoon industry:increase supporting strength,improve the cartoon industry policy system,complete the anime talent structure,cultivate high skilled professionals,open investment and financing channels in animation company,and raising animation industry fund in various ways,take Northern Anhui local characteristic cultures as the theme,energetically develop original cartoon creation,drive the development of cartoon industry chain,comprehensively promote Northern Anhui green GDP,strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights of animation products,ensure the sustainable development of animation industry.
