In view of the situation that most teachers over-rely on multimedia equipments and they ignore the role blackboard-writing plays in present English teaching,this paper emphasizes the importance of blackboard-writing.The paper,in combination with teaching practice,discusses the ways of using blackboardwriting as finishing touch in classroom teaching by analyzing the keys of using the major forms of blackboard writing.
