Abstract:Human resources management is a subject with strong applicability and practical characteristics.While teaching of human resource management is theoretical primarily,it ignores to improve the ability of students by practical teaching.This causes students failing to link theory with practice,application ability being poor,not adapting to the requirements of modern society and enterprises talent recruitment.Through teaching model innovation such as role-playing,leaderless group discussion,management games,interactive case analysis,it enable students to apply their knowledge,to improve their ability to use the theory to solve practical problems,to enhance competitiveness in the future to enter the workplace.
