With the continuous deepening of reform and opening up,international communication becomes more and more frequent;in China,the demand for qualified talents with strong English communicative competence is also increasing.However,a lot of English learners in China are unable to communicate in English even after learning for many years because what they learn is dumb English.This paper puts forward some suggestions on how to deal with dumb English and how to speak English fluently.
