With the development of network,the phenomena that moral losing among the special group of college students has caused a series of network ethic problems.According to the content and function of network,this paper elaborates some main current situation in nerwork ethic such as madly addicted in networks,anomie,apathy and other crisis of faith.And it analyses the causes from objective part of the open nature,virtual nature and the subjective part of lack of education and weak lawrule.
