Popularization of higher education not only brings the development of higher education opportunities,but also brings new challenges to the class teacher.Under the background of popularized higher education,this paper analyzes the new challenges class teacher is facing,and proposes that class teacher should care about poor students,improve the quality of students,provide employment guidance to students,strengthen psychological training of students for the＂four haves＂,physical and mental health of socialist builders and successors.
