Facing the opportunity of the big western development, how can we sovle the nationalities＇ problems？ The basic way is to face the reality and try to improve the level of modernization in the nationality areas so as to achieve the equality and solidification of different nationalities. In this text the situations in Sandu Water Nationality＇ s Autonomous County in Guizhou Province are explored and analyzed and some feasible suggestions are put forward.
