It is not established in the law whether the police have the power to enforce the person to fulfill the obligation and responsibility published in the Administrative Fire Fighting Punishment if he refuses to.So it is decided by the court every time and the efficiency is very low.This paper,combining the author' s practice,puts forward the thought to build and complete the enforcement system of administrative fire fighting punishment and some related conditions,procedures,measures and remedies.
