The school culture is the summation of thoughts and criterion which is presented through certain carrier of material and way of behavior.It is formed in the school running practice and in the practice of the acquiring and possessing,and the mutual effects among the school members in a long term.The school culture can be seen in three manifestations: the spiritual culture,the system culture and the material culture.Duo to its plan,its specialization,its organization and its increasing connotation,the school culture imperceptibly imparts the value criterion to the children,fosters their emotion manners,develops their behavior skills and then influences and promotes their socialization.
