EQ plays an effective role in promoting the work efficiency of entrepreneurs of private enterprises of west China when they are under different pressure.This paper discusses how to build an atmosphere and environment that benefit to train and promote the emotion quotient of these entrepreneurs for the purpose of advancing the economy development and strengthening the competitive strength of the enterprises of west China.
