Teaching technology is a way that the teacher applies certain specialized knowledge and experience to successfully finish some teaching tasks during the teaching course. Through analyzing the status quo of the teaching technology the normal students are mastering, this article begins with the scientific feature, systematic nature, openness, and development of teaching technology, and puts forth the effective ways of cultivating the teaching technology.
