Collective opinion is the important strength to control individual and collective develop. University' s ideological and political education should influence the collective public opinion by every possible means in order reinforce correct public opinions, weaken the influence of wrong public opinions, and form the good public opinions. Based on the construction of campus culture, harmonious human relationship, unite collective, and university network, this article deals with how universits' ideological political education will influence the collective opinions.
