According to the influence of social and economic growth and change on talent demand in minority regions under the market economy, this research sugject takes advantage of Xichang College's location and the researchers' long years of work in adult higher education and researches into the developing trend and plan for adult education in minority regions, After, more than ten years of exploration and practice, we have worked out some effective talent cultivating modew for adult higher education in minority regions, such as "4+1 + 1", "2 1/2+1+1", "3 1/3+1+1" and "Open Cultivating Mode".
