In this paper, we introduce a new class of completely generalized fu zzy nonlinear implicit quasivariational inclusion with maximal ?-monotone mappi ngs and constructed a new iterative algorithm. We also prove its existence and t he convergence of the iterative sequences generated by the algorithm. The result s extend and improve many known corresponding results.
