    摘要:

    本科生导师制作为高校进行教育改革工作的重要载体,发挥其价值和作用的关键在于有效落实。目前,我国高校中实施的本科生导师制面临本科生导师制定位不清晰、师生比失衡、师生间互选和交流机制不完善和资源及政策支持不足等困境,使得本科生导师制多呈现名存实亡的现象。高校若以本科生导师制为载体推进教育改革,提升育人效果,应该明确本科生导师制的权责明细,建立合理的双选机制和常规化交流机制,构建创新型培养模式,完善本科生导师的选拔标准,建立正向奖励机制和负向监督机制以及系统培训机制等方面继续加强优化。

    Abstract:

    The undergraduate tutorial system is an important carrier for universities to carry out educational reform. The key to realizing its value lies in effective implementation. At present, the undergraduate tutorial system implemented in Chinese universities is facing difficulties such as unclear positioning, imbalanced teacher-student ratio, imperfect mechanisms for mutual selection and communication between teachers and students, and insufficient resources and policy support, resulting in futile implementation of the system. In order to put into effect the undergraduate tutorial system as a carrier to promote educational reform and improve the effectiveness of education, we should clarify the rights and responsibilities of the undergraduate tutorial system, establish a rational mutual selection mechanism and routine communication mechanism, construct innovative training models, improve the selection criteria for undergraduate mentors, set up positive reward mechanisms, negative supervision mechanisms, and systematic training mechanisms.
