    摘要:

    新时代高校劳动教育是落实“立德树人”根本任务的重要抓手,是培育肩负强国使命时代新人的重要要求,是促进大学生全面发展的重要途径。然而,高校劳动教育存在课程落实不足、评价体系构建有待健全、师资力量薄弱和实践平台短缺等现实难点,减弱了劳动教育的育人功效。直面高校劳动教育现实难点,提出打造“科学规范”的劳动教育课程、构建“行之有效“的劳动教育评价体系、建设“专兼互补”的劳动教育师资队伍以及搭建“兼顾并重”的劳动教育实践平台等实践路径,优化新时代高校劳动教育体系。

    Abstract:

    In the new era, labor education in universities is a major leverage for implementing the fundamental task of "cultivating talents with virtues", posing an important requirement for cultivating new talents in the era with the mission of building a strong nation and providing a significant approach to promote the comprehensive development of college students. However, there are practical difficulties in college labor education, such as insufficient curriculum implementation, unsystematic evaluation construction, weak teacher resources, and a shortage of practical platforms, which weaken the educational effectiveness of labor education. Faced with the practical difficulties of labor education in colleges and universities, this paper proposes practical paths such as creating a "scientific and standardized" labor education curriculum, constructing an "effective" labor education evaluation system, building a labor education faculty involving both fulltime and parttime teachers, and establishing a "balanced" labor education practice platform to optimize the labor education system in colleges and universities in the new era.
