    摘要:

    新时代对课程改革提出了新的更高的要求,传统课堂教学已不能满足教学要求,开展《人力资源管理》课程参与式教学改革势在必行。本文在了解参与式教学模式发展史、特征的基础上,分析该模式具备的实施条件、理论基础,初步构建《人力资源管理》课程主要内容的参与式教学模式。以期在教学活动中实现教学相长,提高学生学习兴趣,增强学生动手能力,实现应用型人才培养的目的。

    Abstract:

    The new era has raised new and higher requirements for the curriculum reform,and the traditional teaching can no longer satisfy these teaching requirements.Therefore, it is necessary to carry out the participatory teaching reform of the "Human Resource Management" curriculum.On the basis of understanding the development history and characteristics of the participatory teaching mode,this paper analyzes the implementation conditions and theoretical basis of this mode,and constructs a primary participatory teaching mode of the Human Resource Management course in order to realize mutual teaching and learning in teaching activities,improve students''interest in learning,enhance students'' practical ability,and achieve the purpose of cultivating applied students.
