The habitat with diverse geography and climate of the Liangshan Yi region is home to frequent occurrence of natural disasters such as droughts，floods，hails，thunders， and earthquakes，which has also nurtured the unique disaster culture of the Liangshan Yi people.The disaster culture of the Liangshan Yi people is mainly manifested in various fields such as folk beliefs，Bimo literature，and daily work and life.This papers emphasizes the inheritance of ecological concepts through promoting disaster culture education，and at the same time，improves the disaster prevention and mitigation system with its own characteristics through the study of this culture.Moreover， it encourages the development of multiple productions to realize the value of ecological products，so as to provide diversified ways of living for Liangshan Yi people，improve their abilities of disaster prevention and mitigation， generate ecological wisdoms for the ecological civilization in Liangshan Yi regions.
