    摘要:

    近年来国内学者越来越重视“三全育人”“协同育人”研究,主要围绕“三全育人”“部门协同育人”“主体协同育人”和“教师协同育人”等方面进行。但现有的研究成果都侧重于碎片化、零星化的协同模式,缺少从宏观视角去研究具有可复制、可推广的课程思政协同育人机制。在此基础上,从“三全育人”宏观视角,提出构建高校课程思政协同育人的联动保障机制、教师育人意识和能力培养机制、教学实施与管理机制以及协同育人效果评价机制等建议,以期能形成系统化的研究。

    Abstract:

    In recent years,domestic scholars pay more and more attention to the research of "all-round education" and "collaborative education",which mainly focus on the aspects of "all-round education","collaborative education between sectors","subjective collaborative education" and "teachers,collaborative education''. Literatures show that the existing researches focus on the fragmented and sporadic collaborative mode instead of a replicable and promotable collaborative education mechanism from the macro perspective. On this basis,this article puts forward suggestions from the macro perspective of building linkage guarantee mechanism for the ideological and political collaborative education,forming teachers’ awareness of morality and ability education,constructing teaching practice and management mechanism,and setting up collaborative education assessment mechanism so as to nurture more systematic researches.
