In recent years，domestic scholars pay more and more attention to the research of "all-round education" and "collaborative education"，which mainly focus on the aspects of "all-round education"，"collaborative education between sectors"，"subjective collaborative education" and "teachers，collaborative education''. Literatures show that the existing researches focus on the fragmented and sporadic collaborative mode instead of a replicable and promotable collaborative education mechanism from the macro perspective. On this basis，this article puts forward suggestions from the macro perspective of building linkage guarantee mechanism for the ideological and political collaborative education，forming teachers’ awareness of morality and ability education，constructing teaching practice and management mechanism，and setting up collaborative education assessment mechanism so as to nurture more systematic researches.
