    摘要:

    网络社会的数字化传播和媒介化交往催生了微文化,这种日渐渗透的“微”理念正潜移默化影响和改变着人们的生活,展露出以文化人的强大影响力。在微文化“去主体化”“去中心化”“去秩序化”的多元传播矩阵下,思想政治工作面临着舆论环境更为多变、文化环境更为多元、社会心理环境更为复杂的现实困境。思想政治教育工作者需要在充分认识微文化育人必要性和可行性的基础上,推进“微创作”、加强“微传播”、促进“微整合”,为提升思想政治教育育人精准度和文化吸引力赋能增效。

    Abstract:

    The digital communication and mediated communication in the network society has given birth to micro-culture. This increasingly infiltrating "micro" concept is subtly affecting and changing people''s lives,revealing the strong influence of cultural people. Under the multi-communication matrix of "de-subjectivization","de-centralization" and "de-ordering" of micro-culture,ideological and political work is faced with the reality predicament that the public opinion environment is more variable,the cultural environment is more diverse,and the social and psychological environment is more complex. In this situation of multicultural interweaving and agitation,ideological and political educators need to promote "micro-creation",strengthen "micro-communication",and promote "micro-integration" on the basis of fully understanding the necessity and feasibility of micro-culture education,in order to enhance the educational accuracy and cultural attractiveness of ideological and political education.
