The digital communication and mediated communication in the network society has given birth to micro-culture. This increasingly infiltrating "micro" concept is subtly affecting and changing people''s lives，revealing the strong influence of cultural people. Under the multi-communication matrix of "de-subjectivization"，"de-centralization" and "de-ordering" of micro-culture，ideological and political work is faced with the reality predicament that the public opinion environment is more variable，the cultural environment is more diverse，and the social and psychological environment is more complex. In this situation of multicultural interweaving and agitation，ideological and political educators need to promote "micro-creation"，strengthen "micro-communication"，and promote "micro-integration" on the basis of fully understanding the necessity and feasibility of micro-culture education，in order to enhance the educational accuracy and cultural attractiveness of ideological and political education.
