Leading the people to enhance the sense of gain by co-construction and sharing concept helps enhance people's well-being, safeguard national long-term stability and the authority of Communist Party of China. It is of great value for Chinese characteristic socialist construction, but there are still some problems for people’s sense of gain, such as material basis of sense of gain not solid, the distribution structure of that not yet perfect and spiritual construction of that needing to be strengthened and so on. In order to enhance the sense of gain, China should build a service-oriented government to provide people with mechanisms, to promote universal benefits to the people's livelihood as the deciding elements, to advance the modernization of grassroots governance capacity to improve the grid network and strengthen the supply of public goods to get through "the last one kilometer" of people’s sense of gain under the co-construction and sharing concept.
