Practice teaching in ideological and political education in institutions of higher learning is an important means for fostering modem talents with specialized knowledge, which is still an undenialile truth. However, how to improve the effectiveness of practice teaching in ideological and political education and making innovations still pose an difficult problem. The demerits of the traditional “indivkluar’ innovative mode are becoming increasingly noticeable, which makes the improvement of coordinated innovation of practice teaching in ideological and political education a top priority. Huainan citywide alliance, as a forum for coordinated innovation, calls for theoretical and empirical studies in terms of the optimization of resource8 so as to achieve the maximum total value which surpasses the values of individual constituents.
