It discusses the important theoretical value of civilians＇ educational thinking of Yan Ynagchu to boost the educational development of ethnic area, and it practically studies the combination of Yan＇ s thinking and the education of ethnic area. The study of the educational reformation and development of ethnic area is closely related to the civilians＇ education of Yan.
