Abstract:From the angle of role confhct, in this paper, it analyzes the problems existed in the process of college counselors' work, including role overload, inter-role conflict and intra-role conflict. By discussing the relationship between role conflict and de-individualization, emotional exhaustion, lack of personal accomplishment, the paper comes to the conclusion that role conflict directly leads to college counselors' job burnout. Then it presents four solutions including reduction of college counselor s' job responsibilities, right self-location of full-time teachers, flexible work arrangements and formation of mechanism "same work, same pay, same school establishment", which makes a good exploration to absolutely solve the problem of college counselors' job burnout.
