Human orientation is the kernel of the scientific development view and a glorious example of integrating Marxist theory with China's practice.In the new period,the pressure brought by the visits and calls from people has been increasing with the development and revolution of the society.Based on the present situation,this text analyzes the current complaint system condition and the reason,and proposes to construct human-oriented complaint system.
