Li Zhun was a famous politician,and at the same time,he was a complex figure in the Late Qing Dynasty.On the one hand,he had crashed the rebellion of the revolution party,on the other hand,he firstly declared independence of Guangdong from Qing Government.When he served in Guangdong,he led the fleet to forced the British navy out of Xijiang,and recaptured some islands that were took up by Japanese in secret.So we can say,he was a national hero.Qing Mo Yi Wen is Found in the library of Nan Kai University,which is Li Zhun＇s manuscript and has both historical value and literary merit.
