Abstract:For most of English-major students, it is a fact that mastering of spoken English is too difficult. As far as we know, the improvement of speaking ability must be a long period of time in which gradual progress can be made from very easy to difficult. The writers, in the essay, having concluded from their own teaching practice, classify spoken teaching into three stages: primary stage, medium stage and advanced stage, and therefore explore a way to cultivate the students' spoken expression ability.
