XU Can, well known as a woman Ci poet between the late Ming and early Qing dynasty, was spoken highly of by people living in the Qing dynasty and looked up to as LI Qing-zhao. Based on the related study, this paper focuses on studying her works to understand the profound meaning of her works and her typical artistic style. Her works were full of sadness and lovesickness, which showed that the art characteristic of her works was sentimental.
