Guided by the new English Qualifying Test the article analyses the re quirements and the enlightenment to the dictation and listening comprehension of TEM4.It also introduces the measures adopted in listening comprehension course in order that on the one hand it can help the students pass the TEM4,on the other hand it can also help them improve their ability of dictation and listening comprehension.
