Their quality is closely related to china' s fate in the 21st century , to the success of socialist modernization, to the properity of Chinese nation , juvenile delinquency is a puzzle that has perplexed law scholars. But we have to admit that compared with characteristics of adultc ri, juvenile delinquency is no different in nature, but it has different process and forms. On the other hand, the characteristics of juvenile delinquenxy won't remain unchanged, it varies with time, location and situation, so we can' t explore and analyze it with a stereotyped viewpoint. With this view in mind, the authors made a survey into the characteristics of juvenile delinquency in Liangshan Prefecture which lies in an ethnic minority region in Sichuan Province, and put forward this report.
