The report has made a brief summay of arrangement and combination of majors and subjects,establishment of rules and systems construction of academic contingent,reform of education and teaching,research of science and construction of library since the establishment of Xichang College;and presented a basic thinking of the work for teaching and scientific research,bringing forth nwe ideas and realizing the Three Changes,focuring on the center of teaching and improving the teaching quality to meet the requirement of the qualified estimation of teaching for undergraduate courses from the Educational Department of China,planing long term projects and constructing distinguishing majors investing increasingly and improving the level of scientific research.
