In the knowledge economy era, compound and comprehensive talents are needed, and colleges are the main places for cultivating such high quality talents. The work for colleges in ethnic minority areas to strengthen students' quality education is both realistic and urgent. There are numerous ways to attain this goal, and the relatively ideal mode is to put forth the quality education practice of "One focus, two emphases".
