It is an essential condition for the construction of Chinese socialist market economy as well as a key factor to the solutions of other social problems. So citizens' freedom of migration should have its place in Chinese constitution. In the process of realizing the right, the constitutional legislation should be accompanied by the construction of the related legal systems.
