Robert Frost was the most popular American poet in 20th century. H e won the Pulitzer Prize four times and many other prizes. He was called "Laurel Poet" in American literature. In this paper, two poems from his poetry collecti ons are taken out for a preliminary study and analytic commentaries to lay a st rong foundation for further study and research.
