The Party inspection system is a strategic arrangement for promoting comprehensive and strict Party governance and strengthening the Party's internal political supervision. It has four major nodes of institutional change in the Party's century-long history, according to which it is interpreted as five major stages: derivation, interruption, development, adaptation and deepening. The evolution of the Party inspection system profoundly presents the system development logic of stimulating response, interruption and extension, contraction and adaptation, which provides rich experience value in strengthening the centralized and unified leadership of the Party, enhancing the executive power of the system, clarifying the value orientation of the people's supremacy, and understanding the limitations of the system in the era.In view of the reality of the anti-corruption struggle in the new situation and the new requirements of the Party construction, the inspection system should give full play to the role of "political sharp sword", and we should improve the system of internal regulations of the Party that governs the Party strictly in an all-round way and make the inspection system the primary system of the Party's supervisory system; extend the supervisory path in a way that combines the upper and lower levels of the Party, and rely on the masses to strengthen the supervision of inspection; standardize the specialized and high-quality cadres, and do a good job of cultivating talents, and give full play to the significant advantages of the organizational form of the CPC.
