Abstract:The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration is one of the most important economic centers in our country and one of the three world-class urban agglomerations that our country plans to focus on. Building a Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei world-class urban agglomeration is the main goal and strategic path for promoting the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and optimizing and enhancing the functions of the capital. At present, there is still a large gap between the overall development level of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration and the urban agglomerations of the Yangtze River Delta, Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and major world-class urban agglomerations in the world. From a multi-dimensional perspective, using the overall development thinking, this paper discusses the construction path of Beijing Tianjin Hebei world-class urban agglomerations from four dimensions: driven by world-class cities, division and cooperation of three major urban agglomerations, coordinated development within urban agglomerations, and urban-rural integration development, so as to promote the high-quality and sustainable development of urban agglomerations.
