Abstract:To promote the rural education development in ethnic regions is the important strategic policy to guarantee the balanced development of national compulsory education, as well as the effective means of educational poverty alleviation. How to combine with the core task of precise poverty alleviation and do the rural education in remote ethnic regions is the highest priority. Based on the predecessor’s research, it takes the public benefit activity of Sichuan Education Foundation as the opportunity, investigates Central School of Tebu Township, Puge County, Liangshan Prefecture by questionnaire, forum discussion and observation. Upon the data settlement and theoretical analysis, the result indicates that the rural education in the district faces with the difficulties, like teacher’s standard, teacher’s teaching environment, quality education promotion, school’s infrastructure conditions. Against the above issues, it put forward to perfect the measures of rural teacher team construction mechanism and rural teacher quality guarantee mechanism, strengthen the rural education propaganda and optimize the top-level design of government.
